Katherine's practice focuses on energy regulatory matters and litigation. She advises and represents utilities and independent power producers on an extensive range of energy issues, including ratemaking, utility mergers, and restructuring. She represents her clients before regulatory commissions throughout the West, including Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, and at BPA and FERC. Lisa's practice focuses on energy and telecommunications law with an emphasis on providing regulatory and transactional advice to public utilities, telecommunications carriers, and independent power producers. She appears regularly before the Public Utility Commission of Oregon and the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, and has represented clients before FERC and the FCC. She also maintains an employment law practice, providing advice to employers on all aspects of employment law and representing employers before state and federal employment agencies. Kirk GibsonKirk's practice focuses on advising energy clients, including electric and gas utilities, power producers, and oil pipeline operators. Kirk has handled major cases before public utility commissions in Alaska, Oregon, Nevada, and Washington. Alia's practice focuses on representation of electric utilities and other entities involved in the generation, transmission, distribution, and sale of power. She has represented clients in proceedings before the state public utility commissions in Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. Amie’s practice at McDowell Rackner & Gibson involves representing electric and gas utilities in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. The primary focus of her practice is on energy regulatory and administrative law. Amie has represented clients before FERC and the state regulatory agencies of Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Adam's practice at McDowell Rackner & Gibson involves representing electric, gas, and telecommunications utilities in the Pacific Northwest.
